Do you charge for quotes?

Quotes are always free.

Are you hiring right now?

We always accept resumes! If you would like to send one in via email they are kept on file for six months and it is the first place we look when we need a new employee.

What does HVAC mean?

HVAC stands for: Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

Do you provide regular heating/gas maintenance?

Of course! Please give us a call to book your appointment.

When is the best time to book my heating/gas maintenance?

Things tend to get a little busy in the fall and the start of winter so we usually recommend getting your appointment booked in advance or booking into the spring or summer.

Why is my heat pump making loud noises and steaming?

This is most likely your defrost cycle. Here is a quick video of what that looks and sounds like.

Should I register new equipment?

Yes, with some products it will extend your warranty and with others it will activate it. Please see our Warranty Registration page for further information and registration links.

Do you repair appliances like ranges, dishwashers, washing machines?

Unfortunately no, not at this time. We recommend you contact a local appliance repair store.

What can I put down my garbage disposal?

You can put most soft edible materials down a disposal. Avoid bone, coffee grounds, corn husks and other fibrous material.
